  1. Education: Holistic health education is a real passion of mine, and something that I think is lacking in a lot fitness programmes. Let’s take a look at your lifestyle as WHOLE.

  2. Action Taking: Taking knowledge that you’ll learn in the programme and putting it into action (because there’s a big different in knowing you “should” be doing something, and actually doing it, right?).

  3. Tenacity: Life throws us curve balls, and you have to be pretty tenacious to hit the balls away and stay focussed. This is something we’ll be honing-in on throughout the programme.

  4. Support: How to support yourself when you need to get back on track, and find the balance between feeling healthy and living a life you love. How to ask for support, and how to create a support system for yourself.

This is the strategy I used to get myself back on track and feeling pretty excellent, after an almost 25kg pregnancy weight gain, and feeling like I just wasn’t myself anymore, feeling like shit in my clothes, and like I couldn’t get myself together.

(and when I struggled physically, I MASSIVELY struggled emotionally too).

Move Intentionally

Learn about different body types and how they react to exercise, the BEST exercise for you, how to exercise progressively, how to plan effective exercise, and most importantly, exercise technique and form. Whether you want to move intentionally for results, or just get moving, this will be an eye opener. A brand new movement session will be available in the private Facebook group every Tuesday.

Check Your Stress

It’s VITAL to be able to recognise signs of stress in your body, how stress can impact your health and how to reduce stress levels for better health.

Enjoy Support

Throughout the programme, you’ll have access to our private Facebook group, for daily check-ins, sharing your success and the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like so you can be fully supported. You’ll also be able to access previously live streamed workouts via the members only area on the website. (Personalised coaching and the Facebook community are accessible for 6 weeks of the programme.)

Understand Your Hormones

Do you know how your endocrine system works? We’ll be learning all about your hormone producing endocrine system and how to support it, the signs of hormone imbalance, and how to eat, move and live to improve your hormone health.

Assess Your Nutrition

You’ll be able to submit a food journal for personal feedback and assessment during your time in the programme, so you’re not left wondering if your diet could be a bit better, or how to achieve any particular goal you may have.

How to maintain great health when life gets busy, and how to fit it all in! Life happens, but it doesn’t HAVE to throw you off track.

The programme “officially” starts on Monday 13th April, but on Friday 10th April you’ll receive your log-in code to access the members area. This gives you the weekend to familiarise yourself with the site, join the Facebook group, and make a start on the workshops if you want to.

Coaching begins 13th April - 22nd May, and you’ll have access to the members site until 5th June.

A new brand workout will land in the Facebook group every Tuesday, a blend of live and pre-recorded material. You’ll find the planned workout schedule in the members area, and also have access to all of the previously recorded workouts too.

  • Well, life happens. But if you’re part of a programme, you’ll have a coach to check-in on you and help you get back on track, rather that you having to start all over again on your own. This programme is designed to give you the tools you’ll need to balance your health goals amongst a busy lifestyle. When will you ever have 8 weeks of uninterrupted time to focus on your health and fitness?

  • If weight loss is your goal, I’ll help you with that. Although I don’t feel weight should be our main focus when getting healthier, it is sometimes a byproduct of changing eating and movement habits. Whether your goal is weight loss/gain, feeling stronger, balancing your hormones or a general M.O.T and service, I’ll help you get on the right track.

  • Yes, you have my full attention! I’ll be checking-in to the Facebook group throughout the day to make sure you’re supported, and you can ask as many questions as needed for you to feel confident!

  • An open mind to learning new things, and the willingness to schedule a bit of time every week to learn! The exercise element to the programme will involve some compound exercises and some strength training, so dumbbells will be useful (a weight that challenges you).

  • As much or as little as you want! You’ll be able to try a new style of workout every week, and create a routine you like, OR keep doing what you’re doing now or currently enjoy. If you have exercise goals, you’ll be supported with this through the programme, and you can receive help in building a workout schedule.
